Can I buy my eyewear direct from Eyeride? How do I order? Please try and support your local motorsports dealerships whenever possible! Ask them if they carry Eyeride glasses. However, we are more than happy to take your order through our customer service line at 1-800-572-2008 or you can e-mail sales@eyeride.com for more info. You can also fax or mail your order using our order form located in our Catalog section. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and checks or money orders if ordering by mail.
What is the expected ship time for my order? All Eyeride orders, with the exception of items on backorder or special circumstances, are sent out within 48 hours. The average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.
What are your shipping rates? For shipments within the United States:
These rates are per order (not per item) and we can provide a tracking/mailing number by request. For retail purchases only. Sorry, no COD’s. Orders outside the continental US extra if UPS shipping is requested. International shipping available. Please call or e-mail for estimate. Please note: Our default shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, but we do reserve the right to ship orders by UPS Ground instead (at no additional cost to you.)
How do I find a dealer near me? Please call our customer info line at 1-800-572-2008, or e-mail customerservice@eyeride.com for a complete list of dealers in your area. Because we are always adding new dealers all over the world, we want to make sure we provide you with up to the minute information on where you can find your favorite style of shades.

Do you have glasses for night riding? What color lens should I get? Eyeride Motorwear has one of the biggest selections of glasses and goggles with smoke, clear, bronze, and yellow lenses. We recommend clear for night, bronze or yellow for hazy or foggy conditions, and smoke for daytime riding. Additionally, Eyeride now offers a great selection of photochromic lenses that change from light to dark. Please see our Cambios section for more info.
Are all your lenses shatter-resistant? Yes! We only sell optical quality polycarbonate lenses. Unlike lenses made from other material, polycarbonate lenses are manufactured to prevent shattering on impact for ultimate protection.
Does your product have UV protection? Yes! All Eyeride Motorwear glasses and goggles have a minimum UV100 rating for UVA and UVB protection. Even the clear lenses! In fact, most of our eyewear is rated at UV400.
Is there a warranty on my Eyeride glasses and goggles? Of course! Our eyewear is guaranteed to be free from defects for 1 full year. Our warranty covers everything except normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, or damage caused by negligence or misuse. For a replacement, please send your damaged eyewear, along with your dated sales receipt (receipt not necessary if purchased directly from Eyeride) to the following address:
Sorry, but we are unable to reimburse or prepay shipping costs for items sent to us for warranty. However, we will cover the shipping cost of sending your replacement back to you.
